As Key Account Manager Trade, you define a clear sales strategy for national and regional Wholesalers and the Cash & Carry (C&C) Channels and ensure achievement of annual targets.
Overall responsibility for the achievement of the sales targets within the wholesales channel:Ensure the execution of the operational plan in time in order to achieve the annual targets of wholesalers. Ensure a flawless communication of all relevant topics (launches, delistings, projects, activities) towards the wholesalers (WS). Participate to internal planning meetings and ensure an accurate planning and forecasting. Prepare and execute the annual meetings. Organize Quarterly meetings with Category Managers of wholesalers in order to track performance and define close the gap initiatives if needed.
Overall responsibility for the achievement of the sales targets within the C&C channel:Ensure a comprehensive sales strategy for the C&C channel. Understand the market environment of C&C and develop growth activities accordingly. Execute the annual meeting and align on annual activity plan. Track of the merchandiser activities executed by the FSF.
Support sales & marketing for sales activation:Support the ICP process with insights (segments & market). Support the creation of the annual cycle plan for the FSF. Develop activation initiatives with WS/CC. Advice and consulting for solutions selling projects and or other sales initiatives. Track and evaluate sales initiatives.
Education and experience
3-5 years key account experience in the B2B environment with a value based sales approach
Proven Project Management Skills
Good analytical and statistic skills
Ability to handle change management
Fluent in German, French and English
