As a Buyer within Nespresso, your main mission will be to allocate businesses according to sourcing strategy, manage suppliers according to compliance requirement and link factories needs to strategic buyers.
Develop, implement and communicate sourcing strategies, ensure alignment between business strategy and sourcing strategy
Set objectives to be achieved through the sourcing strategy and monitor achievement
Select appropriate suppliers for the spend category, manage suppliers according to category positioning
Analyze and optimize the P2P process related to the spend category in charge through the right choice of procurement tools
Ensure lowest Total Cost of Ownership
Ensure the agreed service level with internal stakeholders
Support Team lead on factories synergies & alignment
Education and Background:
HES degree (minimum Bachelor, Master a plus) in supply chain or procurement field
At least 2-3 years’ experience in indirect procurement
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Ability to involve stakeholders and convince others
Fluent in French and English
