In this role you will serve as a liaison between the Business Process Owners, Finance and IT in order to provide end-to-end (E2E) business process design solutions for master data; Support Business Process Owner in analyzing business operations to assist in the design/redesign and documentation of business processes and clear definition of the business requirements.  In addition you will be responsible for:
  • Possess expertise in the business area(s) you support, as well as, an understanding of the Shared Service Center’s organizations’ processes and systems capabilities; Evaluate process design projects and assists in tailoring the development process to meet the project needs
  • Train stakeholder communities and SSC staff in new processes in alignment with Business Process Owners; Train and assist lower level business process analysts with process design and implementation and may assist more junior staff by providing technical advice and guidance.
  • Apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work in order to meet business needs; Embrace our “higher standard” where Financial Compliance questions are concerned. May support  audits and provide solutions to ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot complex inquiries and issues requiring high degree of originality or ingenuity. Manage, organize, and analyze data or other information.

    We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the respective functional area, Business Administration, or related field, and 5 years related business experience. In addition you bring:
    • Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the respective functional area; Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems) and the respective applications. Experience with reporting and analytics in the respective area
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills;
    • Ability to identify, drive and/or participate in implementing process improvement activities ;Ability to analyze, design, describe, test and train the solutions from an E2E business process understanding
    • High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
