The ability to convert complex information into simple understandable content is what you do and you use your strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and business acumen to produce relevant content.

You will act as the Communications Business Partner for the Diagnostics Information Solutions (DIS) organization and the Leadership Team (LT) in achieving their goals, by applying appropriate communications strategies and measures.

In particular your responsibilities will be:

  • Creating an understanding of business strategies and objectives in the respective organization
  • Supporting the Head of DIS and his/her LT in creation and development of a corporate culture that supports the achievement of business goals as well as fostering employee engagement
  • Builds trust and the DIS reputation among (Roche) internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops, delivers and monitors strategic internal and external communication programs for the DIS organization
  • Enabling relevant and compelling executive presentations and communications as well as developing and implementing a yearly communications plan
  • Supporting the budget/resource planning, implementation and reporting cycles.

    You have a Bachelor in Communications or equivalent (Master preferred) and 7-10 years of communication experience in a corporate setting, with healthcare background.

    Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:

    • Strong experience in working with senior leaders and supporting them in their communications work as well as strong analytical skills
    • Good experience in supporting or working with an IT organization
    • Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite applications
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) required
