To strengthen our team in Evionnaz we are looking to hire a
Your key tasks:
As Head of Engineering, your main mission will be to lead Engineering and Maintenance activities according to Siegfried guidelines and relevant regulations (cGMP, SHE, ATEX, SUVA).
As such, you will work to define projects priorities with the Site Management, establish and update the 5 years investment plan and yearly budgets. You will be responsible for the implementation of capital projects.
You will lead and control our service providers, insuring contractual obligations are fullfilled, and follow up on the execution of activities.
You will ensure the operability of the technical assets and resolve technical problems.
Your role will also require keeping watch on pharma and GMP/GEP new technologies.
Internally, you will collaborate with Production, EHS, Quality and other site services in order to define and implement technical equipment when needed, as well as take part in risk analysis. You will also collaborate with the members of Global Engineering from other sites.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in either Process, E&I or Mechanical Engineering and have been working in Maintenance or Project Engineering for more than 10 years in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Food industry.
You have good communication and Leadership skills.
You are fluent in French and English, German being an asset.
