Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Office Manager
The broad range of responsibilities include handling of a variety of administration (legal documents, expense reports), organizational tasks such as complex business travel schedules, as well as project work like co-organizing events, road shows etc. In other words: taking complete care of supporting and managing a boss and his team by taking care of every necessary detail, thus enabling them to succeed in their demanding business.
We are looking for an open minded, reliable and highly professional team member with a positive attitude, client orientation and dedication in delivering valuable services. The ideal candidate has relevant working experience in a multinational environment, preferably within the finance industry, brilliant organisational and communication skills.
