As a Data and Analytics Sales Specialist you will act as a solution sales leader within our Specialist Sales organization, serving our Enterprise customers in the swiss Romandie. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to create new business opportunities and bring them to closure. Your aim is to exceed quarterly SQL Server and advanced data services revenue targets. You will equally be measured on usage and consumption of Azure data services in your assigned accounts.   You will deeply engage with your accounts, helping them to take advantage of our unique hybrid data platform solutions.
In order to be successful, you will need to understand the customer’s business goals, their strategies and business drivers. You will understand their organization and be able to bring value to the highest level of its leadership. The leverage of our partners with their know-how, experience and customer insights will be pivotal. You will develop, communicate and prove high business impact solutions that enable the customer to achieve their objectives. You will develop and maintain positive customer and partner experiences that can be leveraged in additional sales engagements.
Requirements: Education, Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
•4+ years’ experience in selling business solutions to enterprise customers, preferably in the swiss Romandie.
•Experience and Know-How in selling Data & Analytics solutions (Database, AI, AA, ML, IOT)
•Master effective territory management: qualify, plan, execute. Set priorities, communicate, align and orchestrate available resources.
•Strong hunting and closing skills:   create new sales opportunities, lead and push them through the sales cycle to closure.
•Solution selling skills: ability and experience to challenge the status quo at customers and sell business value. Expertise in selling to senior business decision makers
•Strong ability to understand the partner ecosystem, their solutions and the ability to engage
•Leader skills: orchestrate virtual teams around your opportunities, provide guidance and direction to drive the closure of business.
•Bachelor’s Degree required, Master preferred or equivalent experience.
•Fluency in French and English are essential
