A multi family office and trust company in Zug is looking for a qualified trust manager to manage the office assisting with client relationships, administration and compliance
Main duties are trust and fiduciary administration including payments, filing, bookkeeping clients’ portfolios. Act as director, nominee director and signatory for clients’ structures. Ensuring policies and procedures are in place for client on-boarding and management. Overseeing compliance issues and ensuring that the business is complying with regulatory requirements along with staff.
Liaise with accountants and bookkeepers and ensure co-ordination of administration and information.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Swiss national who has gained a minimum of 5 years plus experience in a trust and/or fiduciary company. Be STEP qualified or in the process of attaining a professional qualification related to the industry. Knowledge of compliance and internal processes relating to a Swiss regulated company. Be fluent in English, German and/or French.
