The Forum engages the foremost political, business and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.
 
The Forum’s Central Operations and Performance Reporting team delivers the day-to-day operations as well as long-term process improvements. It supports those teams who engage with Forum Partners in carrying out operational and logistical tasks. It also ensures service excellence with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and resource optimization. In addition, the team identifies key performance indicators, reporting requirements and ongoing management analytics to support and guide the Forum’s business teams in relationship management, activation and retention efforts. Reflecting this, the ideal candidate is expected to provide exemplary service and operational excellence to all stakeholders.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of operational tasks on behalf of the Partner Engagement team, with most of their time focused on implementing the Forum’s continued quote-to-cash (QTC) project.
 
Duties and responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for IT and the Partner Engagement team on QTC improvement suggestions
- Manage the Forum’s product catalogue
- Ensure QTC guides (e.g., handbook, how-to guides, process models) are kept updated
- Assist with custom or urgent contract opportunities in Salesforce
- Coordinate complex processes between back office teams
- Lead the maintenance of QTC training deck on Forum Campus
- Participate in QTC data quality task force
- Suggest QTC process improvements
- Co-lead weekly QTC status meetings
- Manage QTC licence policy and process
- Support the team with coordination and administration
- Maintain a good relationship and strong communication with key Forum teams
- Liaise and collaborate with Forum teams to gather information and communicate the most up-to-date and accurate information
 
Qualifications and skills
- Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a directly relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations in a corporate environment or similar
- Some experience of sponsorship programmes, rights and benefits, as well as corporate hospitality and events
- Excellent organization, planning and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work independently
- A detailed, results-oriented, collaborative attitude to work and a desire to find ways to work smarter
- Fluency in English
- Experience with Salesforce and other online tools is an asset
 
Expected start date: 1 February 2018 (six-month contract).
