Reporting to our Director of Legal Affairs HUBLOT - TAG Heuer – Zenith, and based in Hublot HQ in Nyon, we are looking for a:

Legal Counsel – M/W (100%)

Purpose of the Position:

Provide legal support across all lines of business (except labor laws and tax laws) enabling profitable growth while mitigating legal risks and assure adherence to governance policies, ethics, and laws and regulations:

- Responsible for providing legal advice to the organization in close liaison with business team mainly commercial and marketing team. Responds to ad hoc queries to include identification, analysis, and evaluation of risks in order to provide appropriate legal solutions

- Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts including marketing (sponsoring and license agreements), commercial (distribution agreements)

- Organize and animate training on the company´s legal contracting policies to business people within the organization.

- May advise on legal issues involving government and regulatory compliance; responds to queries from authorities (e.g., antitrust authorities)

- Supervise and coordinate legal work in case of litigations in coordination with outside counsel and more generally coordinates legal matters when handled by outside lawyers


- Completed law degree, preferably in Switzerland

- Member of bar and experience in a law firm would be a plus

- 5 to 8 years of practical legal experience in law firms and/or in an international environment including significant experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts

- Fluent in both French in English, written and spoken, (a 3d language would be a plus)

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Team player and service oriented

- Hands on and able to handle multi task

- Stress resistance
