For our office in Allschwil, Switzerland, we are looking for a: Web E-commerce (B2B) Manager Key accountabilities B2B e-commerce activities Manage Salsify and Sitecore to ensure product catalogue information is accurate and up to date as well as all related content is consistently localized in all languages Manage B2B e-commerce content and promotions to maximize conversion, cross category leverage and positive purchase and navigation experience (NPS) Ensure continuous web ecosystem monitoring and improving reliability of all functionalities and SAP sync Liaise with overseas stakeholders and IT to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of change requests Liaise with Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Managers to ensure all requirements and needs are known and taken into account for implementation B2C support and reporting activities Analyze and report monthly about the entire CSG multibrand digital ecosystem (B2B, B2C and social channels) performance, sales trend and impact, advertising/DEM campaigns with dedicated quantitative analysis tools (SAP, GA, Semrush) Multilingual SEO and SEM study, A/B testing and implementation Support the digital team members with implementing B2C websites online editorial plan, e-mail marketing, advertising campaigns, digital PR and social media We are looking for a fast learning, and proactive and resourceful person, willing to assume responsibilities. It’s essential for the candidate to be fluent in English, verbal and written. Any other languages would be a preference. The successful candidate preferably has a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in managing websites and multiple CMS, master data analysis, GA experience is a must, SAP a plus. Requirements also include proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding online user behavior and customer-focused thinking, flexibility, team player, strong business acumen, critical thinking and attention to detail, expertise in SEO and excellent IT skills.
