Aim of the position is to guarantee Technical and Commercial support on FAULHABER product portfolio with the goal to improve market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction and grow.
He/she has responsibility for defined customers as a Sales Team member.

Your tasks

  • Define and propose technical solutions of the product portfolio to customers
  • Achieve the personal and the Team Sales objectives set by the Management
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to define market trends, promotional activities and proposals for improvements regarding the product portfolio
  • Strong support to Area Sales Manager and involvement in developing new business opportunities
  • Co-responsible for the customer relation regarding objective achievement and defend pricing policy set by Management
  • Technical trainings and product presentations to customers, including travel, when needed
  • Lead important customer projects and coordinate / collaborate with other departments
  • Elaborating offers, receive and verify orders and coordinate internal activities with other departments, define commercial conditions in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager
  • Active use of CRM; data entry and regular update of customer activities (data, tasks,…) and opportunities
  • Provide necessary administrative and/or technical support the Sales Team
  • Collaboration to continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Collaboration on the Maintenance and Improvement of the Company Quality System

Your profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Microtechnic (possibly Mechanical)
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in mechatronic industry. (Preferably in a R&D or Sales position)
  • Team oriented personality with cooperative spirit
  • Negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented attitudes and customer focus
  • Knowledge in use of SAP and sugar CRM is a plus
  • French, English, Italian and additional languages (e.g. German is a strong plus),
  • Experiences in drive systems is a plus
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel
