PhD thesis opening on Quantum Hacking at IDQ and the University of Geneva
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated candidate to pursue a PhD thesis in applied physics on Quantum Hacking and Single-Photon detector development. The successful candidate will work at IDQ, in collaboration with the University of Geneva, in the group of Professor Hugo Zbinden. This project is part of the project “Quantum Communications for ALL” (QCALL), a European Innovative Training Network (project 675662) funded by the Marie Sklodowska Curie Call H2020-MSCA-ITN-2015.

IDQ offers internships to students with a solid technical or marketing background. Interns should demonstrate the ability to think and work independently. In return, IDQ can offer internships that last a minimum of 4 months.
