You will be responsible for the end to end HR process, admin and employee relations matters within the Geneva office. Your duties and responsibilities are: business partner duties, managing and coordinating HR projects, local administration, payroll, social insurances and training and development. Manage all recruitment process and interviews, support employees and managers on HR queries, proceed to the monthly payroll preparation and validation. etc.
You have several years experience in HR management with extensive experience in supervising and checking Swiss payrolls and social insurances related matters. Ability to influence and make informed decisions. You have presentation skills and are at ease with the Swiss employment law. An exciting and demanding job is awaiting you. Residence in Switzerland required
