- As an active member of the management team, you will drive and further develop our service strategy

- Together with your team of two colleagues, you will be responsible to manage the High Voltage service portfolio for GIS and GCB; this includes reviewing existing products in terms of market need, pricing, business model, standardization, customer added value and profitability as well as introducing innovative new service offerings

- You will translate the global ABB Ability strategy into service offerings based on our monitoring systems

- You will be in charge of Life Cycle management and support the product in every phase, from development to phase out

- In terms of service product development, you and your team will write the requirement specifications and act as a project manager for service R&D projects

- You will closely work with internal stakeholders such as the sales department, local ABB entities, Global Product Management and the relevant GIS and GCB product lines. Your work will furthermore include worldwide end customer visits, especially for pilot projects

- Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, additionally further education in management or economics
- Several years of experience in sales or in a technical area with solid product know-how
- High understanding of generation, transmission and distribution market
- Business- and solution driven approach and ability to work in complex organization structure
- Excellent communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams in an inter-cultural and very dynamic environment
- English and German fluency
- Travel activity about 10%
