- Continuous analysis, enhancement and optimization of sales, service and marketing processes within the global business unit (=BU) Turbocharging (Process Consulting)

- Consulting of the business during implementation of process optimization within IS applications

- Close cooperation with the business to identify process improvement potentials enabled by new technologies and/or applications

- Coordination of application strategy and implementation in the role as application owner in close cooperation with product groups and the BU and Group IS delivery functions

- Ensure structured and transparent evaluation of new applications

- Represent BU interests in IS projects in the role as application owner and process engineer for assigned sales, service and marketing applications and processes

- Project management and participation in process improvement projects

- Build up and extend knowledge about BU business processes and application landscape

- Identify trends and key enabling technologies in the area of digitalization to contribute to the increase of BU process efficiency or value creation with new business models

- Relevant university degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role within an industry/service environment
- Minimum of 2 years of professional project management experience (agile/hybrid approach) is an absolute must
- Work experience in an international (complex) industrial group
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as MS Dynamics XRM Resco, ADX-Portal and Biztalk would be a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Visual Studio / Team Foundation Server
- Experience working with Mobile Applications (Native, HTML5, Xamarin)
- Fluent English and German language skills are required
