Cybersecurity Program Manager Europe - Digital ABB

Cybersecurity is an increasingly important issue for ABB’s industry and utility customers. The ABB Group Cyber Security Council is a global, cross-functional organization that works with all divisions and group functions to address this challenge. As part of the Cybersecurity organization, we are now looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager focused on Customer Projects to help drive ABB’s customer-facing Cybersecurity initiative. The role reports to the Global Head of Program Management - Cybersecurity. The preferred locations are Baden in Switzerland, Manheim in Germany, Vasteras in Sweden, Ostrava in Czech Republic. Other European locations can be considered too.

- Implementation of ABB and digital ABB Cybersecurity Strategy

- Supporting the Group Cybersecurity Council in the definition, development and implementation of group-level cybersecurity initiatives, policies, standards and guidelines

- Guiding and supporting ABB Business Units in the areas of product management and R&D, project execution and commissioning, as well as service delivery

- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of global cybersecurity risks and market requirements, including regulations and standards

- Anticipating and influencing current and future technologies and trends

- Leading projects and delivering business focused results

- Actively contributing to identify, manage and reduce cybersecurity risks

- Driving of internal awareness and training programs

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial control system Cyber Security
- Prefer a candidate with experience with the commissioning of customer projects
- In-depth understanding of cyber security technology, solutions and processes
- Deep knowledge of industrial / power automation technology
- Good business acumen, e.g. regarding value added services or product strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a global team
- Willingness to work in open, collaborative, networking environment with various functions and businesses
- Able to work independently as well as in teams
- Self-motivated, structured and results oriented with good time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
- Capable of setting the right priorities in a demanding environment
- Fluent English is essential, other languages are appreciated
- University level education (B.Sc or M.Sc)
