Job Description

lm group is looking for a IVR Engineer for its Application Engineering team.
As an IVR Engineer, he/she will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing and supporting our IVR solution. 
He/She will gets the chance to create new flows and enhance existing ones based on CCSP  platform.
Having strong communication skills, finding the right mix of being collaborative as well as independent and being able to work in a strong multi-language team environment is a necessity for the stress resistant candidate.
May lead projects or participate in multi-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience with Java, JavaScript or other OOB language
  • Must have working knowledge of a broad range of concepts as they relate to telecom, security, and risk
  • Must have basic understanding of voice and data communications concepts
  • Must have basic knowledge of  of Network and connectivity management
  • Ability to create/design end to end voice architectural diagram and documentation.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years experience in IVR Software Developer/Configurator
  • At least 4 years experience in Contact center solutions, design, reporting, routing and multi-channel components (CCSP/Genesys/Avaya framework) including development of IVR call flows and troubleshooting
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to define applicable approach methodologies
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Optimistic, flexible and with excellent relationship capabilities


  • Experience in IVR Software Developer/Configurator CCSP preferred
  • CCSP/Genesys certifications is a plus
