Team Description
The EMEA Corporate Sales coverage team is part of the Global Corporate Bank and responsible for all EMEA HQ Corporates.  The TS Sales role combines responsibility for managing existing client relationships and building new business. The team works closely with the various TS product areas of Core Cash, Liquidity Management, FX, Escrow, Trade, Merchant Services and Commercial Card product teams.

The Swiss TS Corporate Sales Team is located in Zurich and supports the TS global needs of J.P. Morgan’s Large Corporate clients headquartered in Switzerland.

The team is accountable for sales initiatives to increase JPMorgan's cross-LOB revenues and bottom-line contribution. This includes delivery of the firm to the Swiss HQ corporate client segment around the globe.   


This position is within the TS Corporate Sales Team covering Swiss headquartered corporate clients.  As part of TS front office team in Zurich, the TS Sales Associate will be responsible for providing solution support to those working closest with our clients. This encompasses client and market intelligence for new and existing clients and supporting the sales team's various requirements. Including administrative support around Know Your Customer (KYC) & on-boarding process, preparing client facing materials and other efforts.
He / She will participate on sales calls as well as be responsible for follow up on client inquiries for the team.
The TS Sales Associate position provides the candidate with an opportunity to obtain TS front office experience interacting with Customer Service, Implementation and other functions.  
The Zurich based TS Sales Associate is part of a wider team of Sales associates in EMEA and will interact, learn and develop with them
The Associate will, with experience over time, take primary lead of their own client relationships
This role will include:

  • Support Sales teams through ad hoc project work and analysis
  • Provide assistance to Sales teams to ensure that clients are receiving agreed services
  • Support the team to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processes
  • Develop a relationship with the team they are supporting so that they will be included in client conference calls/meetings, noting key client requirements/needs and identifying key action points
  • Be involved in the preparation of client account plans, senior officer briefing memos and portfolio management reporting.
  • Prepare and review marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency
  • Support Sales managers with preparation of proposals
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant and accurate information to kick off deal implementation process
  • Take ownership for the end-to-end deal management process, mastering the use of the implementation tools
  • Set up and maintain client data
  • Run client-focused internal projects
  • Analyse key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver monthly reports to senior management
  • Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients
  • Keeping abreast of ongoing developments in the areas impacting Swiss headquartered clients, such as regulatory developments, political background or market trends in the financial industry
  • Partner with GCB and TS Product Management in their annual client account planning process to provide fundamental research on current and target market sizing by region
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant partners (GCB, TS Implementation, TS Product Management) to deliver to the business


  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials
  • Preferred relevant work experience in either TS/Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking or Credit
  • Ability to build productive and quality working relationships to achieve results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working to tight deadlines in a disciplined manner
  • Strong team player within a global team
  • Can-do attitude with focus on flawless delivery and execution
  • Capacity to work on own initiative and generate new ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills paying attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (other languages would be an advantage)
