As a Customer Quality Program Manager you will coordinate one or more of the global accounts on quality related matter. Your key objective is to ensure customer quality requirement programs (fact finding, feasibility studies, customer specific policies and procedures, change management) are properly managed. You are also responsible to manage a project portfolio to support and enhance Superior Customer Experience (SCE) related to customer quality communication processes or customer quality requirements. Monitoring of quality performance trends of global accounts and establishment of customer specific performance reporting incl. metrics for quality improvement forums as well as support for customer specific audit activities are part of the job profile. You will report to regional quality head.

In this exciting role you will:

 

Coordinate one or more of global accounts on quality related matter

  • Coordinate quality related matter and with assigned global accounts
  • Develop network and intimacy on quality related matter with global accounts
  • Negotiate, internationalize and harmonize response to customer requirements and requests

 

Manage customer quality requirement programs

  • Determine feasibility to acceptance of customer requirements based upon established policies
  • Fact finding for decision taking on customer requests to Operations, PSRA and Sales
  • Define and communicate go forward testing and methods to meet customer requirements & industry standards to regions and sites
  • Translate agreed customer specific needs into policy, process and ingredient requirements

 

Manage projects to support and enhance Superior Customer Experience (SCE)

  • Drive excellence in quality communication (statements, agreements, road shows, reports) to customers
  • Identify and develop go forward programs to meet customer and industry standards
  • Define project scope, project team or support as needed
  • Serve as quality and customer representative on cross functional project teams as assigned

 

Monitor quality performance trends of global accounts

  • Review and analyze data globally for trends and provide regular updates on quality and servicetrends to head of Quality, Operations and Commercial
  • Establish customer specific performance reporting for use in Givaudan global forums to ensure "on priority", "on time" and "on quality" program / project execution and response
  • Manage internal / external stakeholder expectations through alignment on required improvement actions and provide support for resolution

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Sciences, at least bachelor level
  • Related experience of minimum 5 to 10 years of which at least 5 years in equivalent position
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent technical understanding, good computing skills, organizational, presentation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics
  • Good understanding of food safety and quality systems
  • Understanding of Flavours Industry – Creation, Manufacturing and Quality - processes with good experience in dynamic industries with high complexity (SKUs, demand fluctuations, MTO)
  • Change management skills
