As a Customer Quality Program Manager you will coordinate one or more of the global accounts on quality related matter. Your key objective is to ensure customer quality requirement programs (fact finding, feasibility studies, customer specific policies and procedures, change management) are properly managed. You are also responsible to manage a project portfolio to support and enhance Superior Customer Experience (SCE) related to customer quality communication processes or customer quality requirements. Monitoring of quality performance trends of global accounts and establishment of customer specific performance reporting incl. metrics for quality improvement forums as well as support for customer specific audit activities are part of the job profile. You will report to regional quality head.
