Project Manager Omni-Channel, intimate and apparel company (Zürich area)

Our client is one of the world’s largest intimate apparel companies. It enjoys a presence in over 120 countries. Globally, the company serves 40,000 wholesale customers and sells its products in 2,000 Stores as well as via several own online shops. The  Group employs more than 30,000 people and achieves revenues of Euro 1.437 billion.

The main responsibility of the Project Manager Omni-Channel Services role is to assemble, condense and streamline all requirements for the identified omni-channel levers especially in regards to omni-channel services such as but not exclusive to Click & Collect, Click & Reserve, OASIS (Online Assisted Sales in Stores), Retail Availability Check, with all involved stakeholders (Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, Wholesale, IT, Legal/Country Regulation, Tax, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing) in order to manage the project pilots and roll-outs across Europe.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Researching current and future consumer expectation in regards to omni-channel services

• Gathering input from various stakeholders for each specific service

• Defining clear business requirements and scope per service based on the input from the stakeholders

• Refining the scope of each service in terms of consumer benefit, internal/external effort and sales

opportunity for the company based on the strategic guideline to become service leader in the industry

• Creating business case (cost-value-benefit-strategy) for each service and defining minimum viable product

• Managing project planning with all involved stakeholders based upon the final requirements

• Setting-up milestone planning and reporting per service and following-up on reporting success of the

specific service based on defined KPI

• Implementing feedbacks and improvements for the service based on the above mentioned criteria

 

Your ideal profile:

• University degree, preferably with an additional Master/post graduate qualification in economics with a

professional background in retail, e-commerce or omni-Channel

• Knowledge and interest in current technical developments, web technologies and trends

• Profound knowledge of channel specific tracking and analytics tools

• Strong analytical, conceptional and creative skills

• Team worker, persistent and high self-motivation

• Open for new trends and changes, flexible and creative solution oriented

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in German would be an advantage
