  • Continuously strengthening and enhancing service offerings in the area of Technology Strategy & Enterprise Architecture
  • Growing our client base, proposal delivery and revenue
  • Managing high-profile technology strategy engagements for our clients and ensure successful client delivery
  • Supporting the practice lead in developing the vision for the Technology Strategy team in Switzerland and growing the team in terms of people, methodology and knowledge assets
  • Coaching employees in the team regarding performance, career development, rewards and continuous personal development
  • Working closely with the European team responsible to develop our service offerings in the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture practice

Your qualifications

  • Higher education degree, e.g. in computer science or engineering with a strong secondary focus on business topics, MBA optional
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant and recent experience in technology strategy consulting are mandatory
  • A solid understanding of current and future technology trends 
  • A proven track record of shaping and selling strategy projects
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering technology strategy projects
  • C-level presence
  • Solid industry experience in at least one major Swiss industry (e.g. banking, pharma, manufacturing)
  • Strong management and people development skills in a highly international and cross-cultural work environment
  • Proactive, high energy, motivated and driving personality
  • Willingness to travel and an excellent command of both German and English
