Fixed Income Sales

Our client is a privately owned group offering investment management and institutional investment services. Currently, they seek to add a strong mid-level Fixed Income sales professional to their Zurich office.

The role:
  • Building, maintaining relationships with Swiss insurance and pension funds and other financial sector institutional players.
  • Engaging clients on fixed income transactions
  • Developing a new client base of institutional clients
  • Delivering a “value added” investment proposition to clients while mitigating the bank’s risk-weighted assets and capital
  • Designing ALM interest rate hedging solutions for clients, taking regulatory and accounting constraints into consideration
  • 5-7 years of experience within fixed income sales;
  • Strong experience/knowledge of cash and structured products is an advantage;
  • Excellent project management and sales skills;
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to thrive under ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment;
  • Good client portfolio and strong client relations is a must.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business administration, economics from a Recognised University;
  • Fluency in English and Swiss German with strong written and verbal communication skills.
