Our client, leading medical device company is looking for Business Development Manager to be based out of their Zurich office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the assigned territory to develop net new business through new customer acquisition, working closely with product specialists, trainers, and other resources to develop an overall plan to grow revenue.
  •  Influence and motivate others in a matrixed sales organization to support and drive towards shared goals.
  • Leverage unique relationships with influencers and decision makers to support lead generation and sales activity.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a significant pipeline of new business sufficient to meet and exceed territory goals and constantly engage in filling the funnel, progressing the sales process, and closing deals.
  • Create plan for the overall territory and write account plans for significant new sales prospects. Ensure account plan is making progress and is aligned to other objectives in the account.
Key Skills & Competences:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a hands on quantitative market research role, specialized in healthcare and medical devices.
  • A proven track record in developing business within the healthcare industry, or significant experience within a client facing role.
  • High level of technical and material knowledge of the products in the dental field preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
