Role Ensure, in compliance with group policies and superior’s indications, the definition and management of a planning and management control system able to ensure the Plant achieves its business results, through the coordination of the budgeting process, the collection, assessment and analysis of results, and support to the interpretation and making of decisions. Main Responsibilities Management Information Systems & Reporting:

- Ensure the efficient and standardized use of the Management Information Systems (Financial, Costing and Business Operation modules) and performance measures defined by the Group

- In line with Group guidelines, define and maintain the cost accounting structure in the ERP

Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Plan Processes:

- Ensure optimal processes for all planning and budgeting activities of the site

- Support relevant departments with economic evaluations/comments and collecting data in compliance with the guidelines

- Ensure accuracy of new annual standard cost and timely submission

- Coordinate the preparation of the Budget Presentation to Product Supply Management

Site Performance Assessment:

-  Pro-actively advice, support and challenge the General Manager (PS) with timely and insightful analyses, assessments of variances compared to budget/target and relevant financial impacts /risks

- Provide regular Performance Reporting to relevant departments

- Timely communicate to the General Manager (PS) and Product Supply Controlling on any unexpected issue impacting potentially the financial performance of the Site

- Propose / implement corrective actions in a timely manner

- Identify Lean improvement in business operation and finance and propose actions with implementation plan

- Monitor the weekly and monthly key performance indicators


- Manage processes and procedures to ensure that an efficient and controlled monthly and yearly closing process is in place in collaboration with Local accounting team/PS Controlling

- Ensure the periodic reporting for cost accounting, inventory and variances compared to budget (Efficiency, Volume, Spending and Price Variance) for the Plant

- Coordinate the preparation of the monthly Site Business Review report

Ad-hoc Analysis:

- Help the plant in making Financial Analysis of Investment Options with traditional tools such as NPV, IRR, ROA, etc.  Coach Plant Leadership team members on their areas of business

- Guarantee the execution of analysis, simulations, profitability, and calculations under different business cases/scenarios

- Ensure constant support to various stakeholders regarding the interpretation of data/operational trends, and the decision making of the economic dimensions of the various actions/investments proposed by departments of the Plant.

- Monitor and steer business rationalizations and improvement and initiatives

- Recommend business process improvements

Integrity of Financial Data and Compliance:

- Ensure strict implementation of IFRS and internal guidelines for the site

- Ensure adherence to the local fiscal and finance related regulations of the respective country

- Communicate with Product Supply Controlling/ Group Finance timely on potential issues, assess the risks and propose corrective measures

- Monitor, review, and improve local internal control systems and procedures
Required Experience & Skills - Master degree in Management/Finance

- Over 10 years’ experience in controlling in Industry

- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing costing and IFRS/CIS

- Knowledge of Internal Control

- Strong experience as Finance Partner to site management team

- High ability to mobilise and manage a team

- Working Experience with ERP (such as Oracle or SAP)

- Fluency in French & English mandatory

- Basic knowledge with Lean Principles

- Strong ability to manage and analyse KPIs
