Job description and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide excellent support to our CEO office as well as manage various office management tasks.


Key tasks of this diverse and challenging role include:

  • Calendar management
  • Meeting preparation and coordination including printouts
  • Handling correspondence and calls
  • Organise detailed travel planning and bookings for the Management
  • Credit card payoffs for the Management
  • Preparing presentations
  •  Deputy to the Office Manager


Qualification, skills & knowledge:

  • Executive assistant experiences
  • Minimum 5 years administrative and office experience, preferably in an international environment
  • IT literate
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Ability to be autonomous and take initiative
  • Capability to absorb multitask workload
  • Strong communicational and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work interactive with team members and Executive Board
  • Professional approach to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Focus on accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
