Technical and Customer trainer

We are hiring for our Customer Service Department: Technician & Customer trainer –

As a customer trainer:

  • You will be training and following international customers/

  • Keep training tracker data base up to date
  • Maintain training room and machines

Assignment start date: As a technical specialist:

  • Participate in troubleshooting on returned machines and parts
  • Responsible for Returns and Warranty process

  • Collaborate internally for the machines’ improvement by identifying
    potential issues and problems to alert concerned teams (factory,

  • Ensure communication with manager and inform all involved parties

Specification: Travelling on returns, spare parts and ongoing training.

Your profile :

  • English and German, French is a plus
  • Experience in training and/or good communicator
  • Excellent technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge (engineer or technician)
  • Experience in the Professional Coffee Machine Business a plus but not mandatory
  • Ideally with After-Sales experience
  • Able to evolve in a fast growing company offering many opportunities for improvement

  • Can manage stress and change
  • Autonomous personality
