Rewards Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Rewards Specialist is an important member of the Rewards Team that covers a wide range of HR
activities: from transactional services related to employment to managing compensation & benefits
cyclic processes. In particular, this role is generally accountable for:

  • effective delivery of HR services such as, administration of benefits, relocation and payroll;
  • supporting annual compensation review process and other cyclic activities;
  • maintaining data in HR systems and main responsible for data quality;
  • contributing to annual benchmarking survey;
  • supporting HR Business Partners and other Rewards Specialists in timely response to the HR
    requests from the business;
  • supporting the process of improvement of HR policies and guidelines;
  • supporting Rewards and HR related projects and initiatives.

Candidate’s Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR-generalist dealing with transactional services in an
    international environment
  • Proven ability to drive things through completion
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with numbers and detailed oriented
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Adaptable to changing business priorities
  • Fast and eager learner in diverse business domains
  • Strong team player as equally as ability to effectively work autonomously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must and German or French is highly desirable
  • Very strong and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in job benchmarking and coordinating survey submissions with external providers
