What does the role involve?
As a business partner within the Customer Experience Insights team you act as an ambassador of the customer to inspire strategic plans. By developing solid research plans, selecting the appropriate techniques and partners, translating research findings into business recommendations and converting clear facts into strategic insights you will ultimately guide the customer experience in our markets. As a change agent you will advocate the use of best in class methods within our field in order to increase our competitive advantage. With a customer oriented mind-set and can-do attitude, you support the development of our shared knowledge platform.
What you need is:
MBA/Master degree in business, marketing or is market research
5-7 years' market research experience (quantitative and qualitative), customer loyalty and brand tracking experience preferred
A true team player who can craft a direction and involve others
Excellent communicator and keen on driving impact across different markets
Ability to effectively manage different stakeholders across functions
Strong persuading, influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent English written, presentation and oral communication skills
