The Role

Together with a small team you form Vitra’s Sales Process Competence Center. Your task is to drive sales process and tool innovation, manage compliance and data quality and ensure continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Continuous process & tool optimization according to sales vision/roadmap incl. backlog management as well as planning and roll-out of new CRM releases
  • Manage compliance by ensuring tool adoption & monitoring data quality
  • Drive communication with users in local sales organizations and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with IT and external (vendor) resources to provide aligned overall solution
  • Conduct process & tool trainings (directly or by preparing e-learning modules)
  • Tool administration & configuration
  • Provide second level support and support users with reporting and presentation requests

Your Profile

  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) from FH/University in business, management, marketing, IT or business informatics
  • Several years of experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com, other solutions such as MS Dynamics or SAP CRM/Hybris possible)
  • Highly motivated and good problem solving and project management skills
  • Analytical thinking and interested in working with state-of-the-art technology
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
