We are looking for Engineering graduates from Switzerland and the Tri-Border Region who would like to start their exiting career with us - we are looking for you!
Our two-year Graduate program offers a uniquely diverse experience. You’ll undertake different rotations, getting exposure to a range of exciting projects and locations around the world. You’ll work on live projects, take on real responsibility and experience the product lifecycle end-to-end. All of which will help you build your long-term engineering career with us.
You’ll complete four six-month placements accross our production plants in Europe, beginning with our plant near Basel in Switzerland. Along the way you’ll grow your knowledge, experience and career as you master skills in Research and Development, Operations, Project Management and Technical Sales. As well as being a great way to see a product through from birth to customer implementation, you’ll experience first-hand where a career in engineering could take you. After successfully completing your two year graduate program with us a permanent role will be offered to you!

Final year students / recent graduates with a Engineering degree (bachelor or master) in one of the following fields: Mechanical, Fluid Dynamic, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electrical engineering.
All of our graduates we recruit from around the world will start their journey together at IMI’s global headquarters in the UK in 2018. Together, you’ll learn what it takes to succeed within IMI and we’ll help you to understand our business strategy and the goals that are driving our growth.
At your induction, you’ll be connected with a mentor from within your division who’ll support and coach you throughout the two-year programme. Our graduate development team will guide you on career development and relocation as well as working with the local HR team and Placement Manager to make sure you hit the ground running with every new placement.
