Senior Relationship Manager and Originator (m/f)
In this challenging coverage role, you will assume global responsibility for a large number of Swiss Corporates in the larger cap segment, with the aim at establishing mature and mutual profitable relationships. Your primary mission is to originate new transactions across the entire spectrum of products and services, and to let your customers benefit from a unique network around the world. You identify business opportunities in the local market, and are in charge of structuring and executing complex transactions, alone or in close cooperation with group product specialists. As SRM you are the focal point of contact for your customers by taking care of all their specific needs and daily challenges, and ensure that the Bank is the provider of first choice for them.
You are a mature Corporate Banker of excellence in all respects, and have a long lasting practical exposure to the customer front and business originating for at least ten years. Your recent working experience is within a large Swiss and/or international foreign commercial bank group. Deep familiarity with the Swiss market place, the legal- and regulatory framework as well as the corporate universe is equally important as your privileged and easy access to Swiss companies in the up-scale segment. You have an impressive track record both in large scale business sourcing and overall customer relationship development. Proficiency in English and German languages is compulsory. You are used to work in a group matrix organisation and multicultural teams.
After having worked many years for the same group, you need some fresh air and new challenges in a different set up and business environment. You would like to work in a smaller, highly professional team, but, nevertheless, not lack the financial strength, product spectrum and broad network of a prime global player. You require a true international bank to fully exploit the huge business potential of your customers and targets in Switzerland. You are keen on making a sizeable impact for the Bank in terms of business- and revenue generation.
