On behalf of our client within the financial services sector, we are currently looking for a HR Manager (m/f). The job holder will demonstrate excellent knowledge with Swiss labor law and Swiss Social Security system.

Zurich

As a HR Manager (m/f) you will support HR Special Projects, such as HR manual & process descriptions, recruitment activities, etc. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Global Head of HR and the Zurich HR Manager for all operational HR activities
  • Support the implementation of local HR handbooks, create and maintain corresponding HR processes
  • Assist and carry out payroll functions, main focus in Zurich
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance functions to ensure compliant HR operations
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits (pension, health insurance, social insurances)
  • Support recruitment for the Zurich Branch
  • Manage requirements for international visa and permits, ensure employee records are compliant and complete
  • Assist all employees with HR queries, main focus Zurich employees
  • Absence & Time Management: support with employee queries regarding vacation, absences (all offices), update and maintain the HR Tool with absence data where required

Profile:

  • Higher education or University degree in business administration and HR
  • Several years HR experience in the Swiss environment
  • Good knowledge with Swiss labor law and Swiss Social Security system
  • Experience with process mapping and process documentation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, fluent German is a plus
