Team Leader Compensation & Analytics
What you can expect from us.
You lead and develop the Human Capital Compensation & Analytics team.
You are responsible for compensation and benefits topics and act as subject matter expert.
You drive, coordinate and develop the Human Capital core processes, ensuring an effective and efficient delivery.
You lead Human Capital analytics and reporting to a next level.
You lead, participate and contribute to Human Capital projects.
What we expect from you.
You have a university degree with focus on business administration or an equivalent education.
You have at least 5 years work experience in a similar role/environment (Human Capital processes, Comp&Ben, etc.)
You are an analytical and conceptual thinker with strong communications skills.
You have very good Microsoft Office skills, experience with SAP Success Factors or Workday is an advantage.
You are fluent in German and in English.
