Product Development Project Manager (CDD 7 months)

Accountabilities

Reporting to the Promotional & Sales material Development Manager, you manage assigned perfumes product development projects, giving priority on the qualitative execution and profitability, while ensuring the compliance to our social and environmental standards.

Product development follow-up

  • Manage the development of your projects with a 360° scope (specifications, industrialization, planning coordination, profitability, CSR compliance).
  • Bring your technical expertise to Marketing and Commercial teams to setup and define the specifications of the product
  • Support creative team by providing innovative and alternative solutions
  • Launch the requests for quotations, analyse the feedbacks and select the supplier together with internal teams
  • Manage your budget on assigned projects

Business performance

You raise opportunities to bring added value to the product or the development process (value analysis solutions, environmental performance, LEAN management). You are able to point out and share the "risks & opportunities" to balance business sustainability and innovative ideas

Profile

You have a first successful experience in project management (marketing, purchasing or development), ideally in the luxury or high-end industry. You have good knowledge in Project Management, MS-Office You are fluent in French and English,

Product sensitive and detail-oriented, you have drive to results and follow up projects by setting up priorities,

always in an organised and structured manner. Autonomous with an analytical mind, you have great abilities for problem solving. Collaborative and friendly, you have strong team spirit and can build trustful relationship with internal and external partners.
